As Regional Property Manager at NIUSA Petersburg, Virginia Kim was responsible for a portfolio that included 6 separate properties (Indiana and Ohio) and oversaw a $2+ million renovation project.

Upon becoming a Florida Licensed Realtor in 2005, Kim was hired by Synergy and Gulf Coast Management Group in Naples, Florida as both a Realtor and Property Manager, and was responsible for the day-to-day management of 160 residential rentals – including, but not limited to, evictions, leasing, advertising, tenant disputes, repair coordination, accounting, funds disbursement, insurance claims and inspections.

Kim was named Property Manager for Carrington Property Services, a portfolio consisting of 60+ units throughout Collier and Lee County and was rated “#1 in Customer Service” in client surveys.

After Kim earned her real estate license, she was promptly promoted to a dual position of Director of Operations and Licensed Broker at the newly formed Gulf Coast Management Group in Naples, Florida and managed leasing, advertising, rent collection, fund disbursement insurance claims, inspections, vendor relationships, and maintenance issues for a 250-unit portfolio in Lee and Collier Counties, while consistently receiving positive feedback from both residents and property owners.
