Final Walk-Through Inspection

Conduct a final walk-through the day before or day of closing to verify agreed repairs are complete and the property is in the contracted condition. At this point, contingencies should be satisfied and the seller’s belongings removed.

Closing

At closing you, the seller, and the closing agent will sign final documents. You will fund your down payment and closing costs via certified check or wire transfer. Once funds are disbursed and the deed is recorded at the county office, ownership transfers to you.
